We guarantee every product on our site! If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, simply return it in its original condition, with tickets attached, within 4 weeks of your receipt of your order, for a merchandise credit or a full refund (the choice is yours).

Easy Returns
We guarantee everything we sell. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase please follow these easy return steps.

• Fill out the return form on your packing slip and enclose it with your item(s) and send back within 4 weeks of shipment date to:

• Please return all items in original condition with tags attached, unwashed and unworn. We recommend that you insure your return and use original packaging if possible.
• Refunds will be made back to the original credit card used. We'll process your return within 10 business days. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement

In order to ensure the integrity of all of our items, we adhere strictly to health and hygiene regulations and ask that you return items within 4 weeks of shipment date.

We recommend that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on items. The wear associated with this may make these items non-returnable. Return molded bras in their original protective packaging to ensure a full refund.

Returns for refund sent back in original condition after 4 weeks of shipment date will result in merchandise credit. You will be notified via email or postcard of a merchandise credit. Initial shipping fees as well as return shipping costs are not refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent back not in original condition or without tags attached to items. You may return items to any Bra Smyth retail store. Please have packing slip present and tags attached to items. Returning items to our retail stores results in a merchandise credit at the store only. We do not issue credit card refunds for online purchases returned at the stores. Please do not send items through the mail to our retail stores for return or exchange

Easy Exchanges
We want you to have the right size and style! Follow the easy steps below to exchange your item(s).

• We will send out your exchanged items with no shipping charges to you(limit two items exchanged per order, beyond two a $5 fee applies)
• Fill out the return and exchange form on your packing slip and enclose it with your item(s) and send back within 4 weeks of shipment date to:

• Please exchange all items in original condition with tags attached, unwashed and unworn
• We recommend that you insure your exchange and use original packaging if possible. All exchanges are processed as a return and then issued as a new order. We will refund your original payment method for the returned items and then charge the exchanged items. You will first receive a credit issued back to your original payment method and then be charged for the exchange upon shipment
• We'll process your return within 10 business days for in-stock items. Desired items temporarily out of stock will be placed on backorder

Final Sale
Final Sale items ending in a sale price of $.99 are not returnable or exchangeable. We do not accept returns on any final sale items. We reserve the right to refuse returns on all final sale items.

Damaged Items
In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or is an incorrect item we will make it right! Please contact us at 800.BRA.9466 and a customer service agent will assist you in the return. Your original shipping fees as well as return shipping fee will be refunded once the item is inspected at our warehouse upon return.

In Stock Availability
Know what's available now!

Bra Smyth online has real time inventory available for you to see on every item we sell in every size and color combination. If it's in stock, it will say so on the product ordering page when you enter a size and color combination. If it's not in stock it will give you the date it will arrive at our warehouse. Availaibility of each item is also reflected in your shopping cart.

Backorders
If you place an item on backorder we do not charge your credit card. Credit cards are only charged when the item ships to you. We will notify you when something is on backorder as well. There is only one shipping and handling fee per order and it is charged with the first shipment on the order. Additional shipments do not result in additional shipping charges. Backordered items are shipped via USPS and you will be notified when they are sent.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to the shipment of stock merchandise will result in no charge to the credit card account.

Weekday orders are processed within 24 hours. Weekend orders (including Express) are processed on Monday. In stock merchandise will ship within 24 hours.

All Express (overnight and 2-day) orders received by 1pm Eastern time will be shipped that same day. Express orders received after 1 pm Eastern time will be shipped the next day.

Sorry, but we cannot ship two-day air and overnight to locations outside the contiguous 48 United States.

Orders sent outside the contiguous 48 United States do not include a prepaid return UPS label.

We are required to collect local and state taxes for orders shipped to California and Ohio.
